Do I need an appointment?+
Walk-ins are welcome. You can also reserve a priority visit so you can wait comfortably away from the clinic until your estimated time.
How does the priority visit system work?+
Reservations are available every 20 minutes, beginning one hour after opening and ending two hours before closing. Times are estimates, and our team can call you with wait-time updates or new availability.
What should I bring to my visit?+
Please bring your health card, a list of current medications, and any helpful information about your symptoms or recent care.
When should I go to the emergency department instead?+
For severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, uncontrolled bleeding, or any life-threatening concern, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department.
Can you help with imaging or tests?+
Yes. We offer onsite X-ray services and can discuss the right next step for many urgent concerns.
Do you accept OHIP?+
Please bring your valid Ontario health card to your visit. If you have questions about coverage or a specific service, call our team before arriving.
Can I bring my child to the clinic?+
Yes. We welcome families and can assess many everyday concerns affecting children. Bring your child’s health card, current medication details, and any helpful notes about their symptoms.
What if I am running late for my priority visit?+
Please call us as soon as you can. Priority visit times are estimates, and our team will help you understand the next available option.
Can I get a note for work or school?+
Let the clinician know what documentation you need during your visit. They can discuss whether a note is appropriate for your situation.
Can you refill my prescription?+
Prescription needs vary. Bring your medication information and we can assess your concern, discuss available options, and help direct you to the right next step.
What if I need care after clinic hours?+
For non-emergency health guidance in Ontario, Health811 is available by phone at 811 and online. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
