Do I need an appointment? +

Walk-ins are welcome. You can also reserve a priority visit so you can wait comfortably away from the clinic until your estimated time.

How does the priority visit system work? +

Reservations are available every 20 minutes, beginning one hour after opening and ending two hours before closing. Times are estimates, and our team can call you with wait-time updates or new availability.

What should I bring to my visit? +

Please bring your health card, a list of current medications, and any helpful information about your symptoms or recent care.

When should I go to the emergency department instead? +

For severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, uncontrolled bleeding, or any life-threatening concern, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department.
